The owner is extremely nice, housekeeping could use some more people for sure, the rooms aren't as bad as people make it out to be, he'll even let you do a walk through before booking, the rooms need a little touching up but you'll get that at any place nowadays, the owner really tries his best to go above and beyond, it's mainly one guy running the place so it's definitely a family business, I wish people would keep in mind it's mainly one person running the entire place, he can not drop everything at a second notice because he's having to deal with a ton of rooms so keep that in mind, I definitely recommend this place
I think that my stay at Budget,Has been very nice clean and it's cozy. Everything in walking distance,Owners are nice ,Very Helpful. Everything worked inside my room, No one bothered me, and the price is fair. So I recommend you come by and get a room for the night.
The owners are very kind and caring to your needs, the rooms are very well kept clean. I would recommend anyone to stop by for a night of relaxing.
The rooms were decent but it did holes in the walls and our room was infested with roaches and spiders.

Hotel is cheap 55 dollars a night and the room is not that bad, couldn't get the TV to get a channel but it's ok.
I enjoyed my stay at the Budget Inn, It was clean very quiet, the service was great, the owners are so very nice . I recommend that anyone else stop there for a night's stay. I know I will be stopping back by for more rest and relaxation.
I don't know why anyone has something bad to say about Budget Inn ,The room was nice and clean,hot water, TV worked good, I mean it was nice to be able to get some rest and relaxation.
